Made for your order
Our products are made to order. Production generally takes 2–7 business days after an order is released for production. This is an estimate, and production can take longer during holidays, busy periods, or stock shortages. Shipping time is additional.

Rates and delivery estimates
Available destinations, shipping methods, and charges will be shown at checkout for your delivery address. Delivery estimates vary by product, fulfillment partner, and destination. Any estimate shown is not a guaranteed arrival date. Please review the available delivery information before ordering.

Tracking and separate parcels
When tracking is available for your shipment, it will be provided after dispatch. Items in the same order may be made and shipped separately, so they may arrive on different days.

Address changes and cancellations
Please check your delivery address before checkout. If you spot an error or need to cancel, contact us promptly through our Contact page. Once production starts, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Delivery problems
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives with a damaged item, contact us through the Contact page with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner. Please report a damaged or defective item within 30 calendar days of delivery.
