Refund policy

Every ZUZU item is made to order. Please check the size guide and your size, color, and address before checkout.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong-size or color selections or a change of mind, except where applicable law requires.

For damage, misprints, or manufacturing defects, contact us through our Contact page within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and describe the problem. We will request clear photos; if several items are affected, include a photo showing them together.

For a confirmed defect, we will arrange a replacement or refund. You do not need to return the item unless we provide instructions. Contact us before sending anything back.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
